Epistle of Jude

Questions:

1. In Jude 1:3 we find the statement:
"I was already fully intent on writing you, beloved about
the salvation we share. But now I fell ovliged to write
and encourage you to fight hard for the faith delivered
once for all to the saints."
What does he mean by: "salvation we share."?


2. What is the meaning of verses 20-21 in the Epistle of
Jude?
"But you, beloved, grow strong in you holy faith through 
prayer in the Holy Spirit.  Persevere in God’s love, and
welcome the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ which leads
to life eternal"?
